Changes regarding the HP cap

The hitpoints cap will now no longer affect hitpoints from magic equipment (gear from ye olde equipment shoppe). This means that any hitpoints you have from YOEs do not contribute to your HP cap (which is 20 * DK + level * 10).

As a result of this change, I have increased the HP bonus on most pieces of gear (including pieces that previously had no HP bonuses). Players who already own pieces that have been modified have already had their stats modified accordingly.
